Following up - Heitman Real Estate Debt Partners II

I hope all is well with you these days.  

I sent the attached 2-pager and video related to a higher yielding debt fund that we are launching - HDP II.  

First, I just want to make sure you received it. I know things are busy and crazy right now, but if you get a chance, please let me know if you have interest in hearing more about this fund and/or if you would like an update on our open-end debt fund, CREDIT.  Happy to set up a call with David Maki at some point.

Second, we also are launching our next value-add fund - HVP V.  If you guys are looking at value-add these days, i can send you some information and again, maybe we can schedule a call to discuss further.

As for timing, both funds likely will have a first close in late Q3 or early Q4.
